One of the most important phases of spiritual development is the Limbo.
It is when the old paradigms come crushing down, while the new ones struggle to get hold in your mind.
This phase may last for years and the important thing is not to fight it, not to try rush into a new comfort zone, nor be seduced back into the old one.
What we need to do in this phase is to adopt the attitude of an observer: there is nowhere to go, nothing to do, nothing to achieve. Just observe what’s going on inside you without judgement.
Be at peace with this phase no matter how long it lasts..
