Give credit where credit is due.
These days we’re too busy with our own shit to even notice when someone is doing something right.
We often take it for granted when people are doing a good job and only notice them when they are doing something wrong.
Make it a part of your job to notice when your colleagues do things well and praise them for it.
You’ll probably need to be reminded to do so, until it becomes a habit, so set a recurring daily reminder on your phone.
Great relationships lead to better performance – for your colleagues, the organization, and, most importantly, for you.
